Terms and conditions.(1) Cancellations 14 days or more before the tour, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the total booking amount, and the remaining 90% will be refunded.(2) Cancellations between 7 to 14 days of the tour, a 25% cancellation fee will apply. This means you will receive a 75% refund of the total booking amount.(3) No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled activity.(4) If tour is cancelled by Warburton Adventure Company due to extreme weather conditions (e.g. severe storms, bushfires), guests will be offered the following options: (a) reschedule their booking for a later date, subject to availability, at no additional cost, (b) a full refund, if no suitable alternative date can be found.(5) If a tour needs to be cut short or altered due to sudden extreme weather after it has commenced, a partial refund may be offered at the discretion of Warburton Adventure Co, depending on the duration of the tour and services provided.(6) Guests are encouraged to check weather forecasts and dress appropriately for varying conditions. However, the final decision to cancel due to extreme weather rests with Warburton Adventure Company to ensure guest safety.(7) No refund will be provided if tour is cancelled by customer after commencement.(8) No refund will be provided if you are late and the trip leaves without you, including no-shows.(9) Pre-arrival waiver and medical consent declaration form must be completed prior to commencement of tour.(10) Any relevant medical conditions that may affect your participation in the tour must be disclosed to Warburton Adventure Company prior to commencement of tour.
