Booking and Cancellations Policy.

Terms and conditions.

(1) All participants must sign in on arrival via the Service Victoria QR code app. 

(2) A full cancellation fee applies if less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given.

(3) A full refund is given if trip is cancelled by Warburton Adventure Company (i.e. severe weather, bushfires etc.).

(4) A part refund will be given if the trip is cancelled by Warburton Adventure Company after commencement.

(5) No refund is given if trip is cancelled by customer after commencement. 

(6) No refund is given if you are late and the trip leaves without you (this includes no-shows).

(7) Pre-arrival waiver, medical consent and Covid-19 declaration form must be completed prior to commencement of tour.

(8) Relevant medical conditions that may affect your participation in the tour must be disclosed to Warburton Adventure Company prior to commencement of tour.
