We are licensed to operate mountain biking experiences and transport services within the Yarra State Forest.Winter Adventure Pass – Terms and Conditions 2026Holders of a Warburton Adventure Co. (WAC) Winter Adventure Pass are bound by the below terms and conditions. WAC reserves the right to modify pass terms and conditions at any time.Pass Purchasing and Ownership Winter Adventure Pass is valid for the calendar days within a specified time only.Pass will be valid from 15 June – 31 October, 2026.Winter Adventure Pass is valid exclusively for the individual pass holder, and shall not be transferable for use by any other party.All pass sales are final, and non-refundable.Crashes, injuries, or unforeseen circumstances shall not warrant a pass refund or credit.Use of pass benefits by any party other than the original member (including the use of any relevant discounting) is strictly forbidden, and will result in pass cancellation without refund.WAC reserves the right to terminate a Winter Adventure Pass where the pass holder has breached the rider responsibility code or these terms and conditions. In the event of a pass termination, no refund will be provided.Pass BenefitsA Winter Adventure Pass provides a wide range of benefits to the pass holder. All pass holder benefits are available to the original pass holder only. A summary of benefits can be found below;Winter (15 June – 31 Oct, 2026) access to Warburton Bike Park (excluding closures for weather, timber harvesting, or operational reasons).Unlimited Gravity Day Pass bookings using your unique passholder discount code.20% off retail at WAC HQ.5% off guided adventure products including; guided abseiling, caving, river sledding, and mountain biking.General Terms and Conditions Winter Adventure Pass is valid for a set period only, as specified below;15 June – 31 October, 2026All pass holders must accept and comply with the requirements of WAC waiver and medical consent form.All pass holders must accept and comply with the Warburton Bike Park Code of Conduct.Possession of a Winter Adventure Pass does not guarantee availability on the transportation service. Pass holders are required to make online reservations for each riding day.If the Winter Adventure Pass holder does not reserve a booking prior to arrival WAC reserves the right to refuse access to any pass holder on a designated “sold out” day.Walk-in bookings made on the day of service will be subject to availability.To ensure efficient scheduling, it is imperative that pass holders refrain from making reservations and subsequently failing to attend without prior notice. WAC maintain a “three strikes” policy, whereby repeated instances of failure to attend scheduled bookings without a valid reason may result in the cancellation of your season pass without any refund.Injury and Illness Policy In the event that a pass holder suffers an injury or illness that results in their inability to continue utilising pass benefits, WAC offers a pass credit option for the following season with a valid medical certificate. For a fee of $75, the remaining pass value may be credited to the following season. The pass credit option is only available once per pass.RenewalWinter Adventure Pass holders shall be granted first priority in the annual renewal of their pass. In the event that pass holders decline to renew, they shall be required to reapply and join the waitlist, and their position shall be relinquished to the subsequent individual in the queue.
